Columbia Association maintains one of the most remarkable outdoor aquatics networks in the region — 23 outdoor pools spread across Columbia's nine villages, plus the year-round Columbia Swim Center. Each pool has its own character. This summer, your bingo card is your invitation to visit them all.

The first 10 households to submit a fully completed, verified bingo card will each win a complimentary outdoor pool party at a Columbia Association pool. Here's what's included:

A free kids' pool party for your family

Up to 20 guests. Up to 1 hour 45 minutes of dedicated pool time. One outdoor table provided. Available at any of CA's 23 outdoor pools, subject to availability. Winners have until the end of the 2027 outdoor pool season to use their prize.

Columbia Association Pool Party Bingo — Official Contest Rules

Promotion period

This promotion runs from Memorial Day weekend (May 24, 2026) through Labor Day (September 7, 2026). Completed cards must be submitted by Labor Day to be eligible for a prize.

Eligibility

Open to the general public. Only one prize may be awarded per household during the promotion period, regardless of the number of cards submitted. Columbia Association employees and members of their immediate household are not eligible to win. Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present to claim a prize.

How to earn stamps

Bingo cards are available at any CA outdoor pool or the Columbia Swim Center while supplies last. To earn a stamp at each location, participants must visit that pool during regular operating hours and have their card stamped by a CA staff member on duty. Stamps may not be collected by proxy.

Winning and submission

A card is complete when all 24 location squares have been stamped — one for each of CA's 23 outdoor pools and the Columbia Swim Center. The center FREE space does not require a stamp. Completed cards must be submitted in person at a CA membership sales office during regular business hours. The first 10 households to submit a fully completed, verified card will each receive a prize. Once 10 prizes have been claimed, no further prizes are available. Columbia Association will retain all submitted winning cards as proof of completion.

The prize

Each winning household receives one (1) complimentary outdoor pool party booking at a Columbia Association outdoor pool (approximate value: up to $180). The prize covers the booking fee only. All other costs are the winner's responsibility. The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and must be redeemed no later than the end of the 2027 outdoor pool season. Prizes not redeemed by that date are forfeited. Party bookings are subject to availability and CA's standard pool party policies at the time of redemption.

Card integrity

Cards that are damaged, altered, duplicated, or otherwise tampered with are void and ineligible. CA staff will verify all submitted cards before awarding prizes. Columbia Association reserves the right to request additional verification and to disqualify any card it determines does not reflect legitimate, in-person visits to each location.

General conditions

All decisions made by Columbia Association are final. Columbia Association reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value.
